Meet Charles Okoth
Charles grew up in Arusha, a Northern touristic city of Arusha, Tanzania, which is surrounded by some of Africa’s most famous landscapes and wildlife parks including the Serengeti, Ngrongoro, Lake Manyara and the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.
Charles worked for Serena hotels lodges in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Kirawira in Western Serengeti before going abroad to study Hospitality Management in Montreaux, Switzerland. He now resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
Today, Charles’s passion is to show the beauty of Tanzania to people from all corners of the world, creating personalized itineraries for honeymooners and families travelling to the magical land of Kilimanjaro, Serengeti and Zanzibar. His expertise in hospitality ensures that all clients’ needs and expectations go above and beyond.Charles is usually your contact person and trip planner at SafariWire in the USA, while Dickson Manjano handles ground operations, including overseeing the company headquarters in Tanzania as well as accompanying clients safaris in the National Parks. Together, they have formed a partnership that has created an unforgettable and memorable experience for many of SafariWire clients.
